Born and raised in Eastern Europe during a time of war, Igor Rozek learned early what it meant to be resilient and persevere. Those difficult years instilled in him a strong drive to turn hardship into opportunity. At just 21, he made the life-changing decision to leave everything he knew behind and start over in Canada, bringing with him a dream of a brighter future. Navigating the challenges of a new country and building a life from the ground up, Igor relied on what had carried him through before—unwavering hard work and a belief that with enough determination, even the greatest obstacles can be transformed into possibilities.

But the heart of the company lies in its name — a tribute to the people who gave him strength: Ivana, Stefan, and Ana. More than just initials, their names represent love, resilience, and family.      Today, S&I Services continues to be a family-driven business, with Stefan serving as Project Manager and Ivana as Office Manager.
